About The Position
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will support branch operations by learning the functions of consumer finance and demonstrating proficiency by meeting or exceeding your individual sales and delinquency targets/goals. Your primary focus will be on supporting sales and collections efforts of the branch through respectful, compassionate, and efficient customer service. This role prepares you to take on increasing responsibilities as you grow in this position and continue your career with Mariner Finance.
