About The Position
The Assistant Branch Manager at Delta Community Credit Union plays a crucial role in supporting the Branch Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the branch. This position is responsible for guiding member service staff, promoting a service/sales culture, and maintaining compliance with credit union policies. The Assistant Branch Manager will also take charge of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager, focusing on member relations, staff development, and operational performance.
