The position involves assisting the Center/Branch Manager in the daily operations of the staff, which includes preparing work schedules, assisting with bank balancing, conducting staff meetings, and addressing customer care and concerns. The role also requires controlling the security video process as directed by policy and upper management. A key responsibility is to deliver quality customer service through personal contact with customers and prospects, ensuring adherence to approved quality standards. The individual will be accountable for achieving monthly new account production as assigned by upper management and will work closely with the manager to motivate staff to achieve retail and new account production. In the absence of the manager, the individual will manage the branch and conduct training for new hires. The role also involves providing bank services to a diverse customer base, including a large Spanish-speaking population, and completing other tasks as assigned by the manager, including opening and closing the branch.
