The Assistant Branch Manager position is a full-time, non-exempt role that requires Saturday hours seasonally and as business needs dictate. The work schedule may change at the company's discretion to meet business needs, and hours will depend on the business hours of the serviced time zone. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities and reports directly to the Branch Manager. The role involves promoting branch operations through exceptional customer service and achieving individual sales and delinquency targets. Responsibilities include servicing customers, collecting delinquent accounts, and supporting the manager in daily operations. The Assistant Branch Manager will also assist in coaching teammates and managing administrative tasks, with opportunities for increased leadership responsibilities as they grow in their career with Mariner Finance.
