About The Position

Under the direction of the Branch Manager, organizes and manages the activities of the Plymouth Branch. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of experience within the financial services industry with previous supervisory/leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated sales skills and ability to promote a sales environment.
  • Strong accuracy and attention-to-detail.
  • Positive/professional approach with strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and solve problems.
  • Strong proficiency with systems and software packages, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel to other branches as needed.
  • Work schedule flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and mentoring staff
  • Supporting branch sales activities and promoting an environment with a cross-selling emphasis.
  • Demonstrates and ensures superior member service.
  • Overseas branch operations in the manager's absence and ensures compliance with policies, procedures and security protocols.
  • Perform all duties of a Teller and Member Services Representative
  • Assist implementation of new policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
