Under the direction of the Branch Manager, organizes and manages the activities of the Plymouth Branch. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Managing and mentoring staff
Supporting branch sales activities and promoting an environment with a cross-selling emphasis.
Demonstrates and ensures superior member service.
Overseas branch operations in the manager's absence and ensures compliance with policies, procedures and security protocols.
Perform all duties of a Teller and Member Services Representative
Assist implementation of new policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
At least two (2) years of experience within the financial services industry with previous supervisory/leadership experience.
Demonstrated sales skills and ability to promote a sales environment.
Strong accuracy and attention-to-detail.
Positive/professional approach with strong communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and solve problems.
Strong proficiency with systems and software packages, including Microsoft Office.
