About The Position

This position is for the east valley Phoenix Metropolitan area which includes Mesa and Queen Creek. This position will train at our Tempe Branch which is located at 1511 N. Project Drive in Tempe or at our Mesa Gateway Branch which is located at 6846 E. Warner Road in Mesa. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in branch leadership. Ideal for a quick and proactive learner, this role provides a path for those seeking to grow and develop within the company, with the potential for advancement based on performance and organizational needs. Responsible for assisting with the direction and administration of Branch operations of a medium sized branch. Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Oversees the provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members. Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served. Acts on behalf of branch manager when necessary. Trains, directs and supervises branch staff and performs various branch functions as required.

Requirements

• College degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in finance industry strongly preferred.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of Credit Union products, services, policies, and philosophy.
• Understanding of Service Representative functions.
• Knowledge of Loan Officer duties.
• Two-five years of related operations experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well organized, professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
• Able to operate related computer applications and basic business equipment.
• Good marketing skills.
• Good supervisory abilities.
