Reporting to the Assistant Vice President Branch Manager and assisting in the efficient operation of the branch, the Assistant Branch Manager provides leadership and functions as a working supervisor for teller and member service personnel and assists with their training and development. Guides and directs teller operations and member personnel and assists with their training and development. Responsible for implementing company policies and procedures in relation to teller and member service operations. Supervises balancing and summarizing of daily business and cash. Trains tellers and member service personnel to maintain proper member relations. Ensures compliance with security practices. Plans, organizes and assigns the workflow of the teller and member service area.
