As an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM), you will undergo an 18-24 month on-the-job paid training program covering all aspects of branch operations and management, preparing you to manage your own branch. Promotion to Branch Manager typically requires relocation, for which a full relocation package is provided. Your primary focus will be assisting customers in achieving their financial goals by originating new loan business, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable consumer loan and voluntary product solutions. You will educate customers on lending services, credit improvement, and debt consolidation, guiding them through the loan application process and making payment reminder calls. Additionally, you will handle various branch tasks such as evaluating loan applications, performing risk analysis, making credit decisions, administering loan closings, and processing insurance claims. You will also support the Branch Manager in recruiting, training, developing, and implementing sales plans, while upholding core values and ensuring excellent customer experience.
