The position involves profiling customers to determine their financial services needs and referring them to other Lines of Business when appropriate. The role includes opening loan and deposit accounts and achieving individual goals related to loan and deposit production as well as other sales goals assigned by the Retail Leadership Team or Branch Manager. The individual will provide support to the Branch Manager and must be flexible around branch hours.
