The Assistant Branch Manager II (ABM II) role requires a positive attitude and the ability to keep things always running smoothly. The ABM II handles the operational functions of the branch including but not limited to opening and closing the facilities, maintaining logs, and conducting internal audits. This role also manages, leads, and evaluates staff to ensure they achieve their highest level of customer service as well as personal development. The ABM II is responsible for transactional tasks involved in serving customers and exceeding expectations. This position will conduct the full spectrum of banking service, from evaluating what account a customer would fit best in, opening accounts, and servicing them.
