Responsibilities

• Deliver quality service to customers following the 5 Points of Service.
• Adhere to QIS standards with a minimum of 95%.
• Make outbound service or sales calls as directed by the Customer Service Manager (CSM).
• Assist CSM with internal sales activity and new product referrals.
• Provide coverage for operations and platform activities, including account management paperwork.
• Cross-sell appropriate products and services to clients and prospects.
• Exercise sound judgment to protect bank assets and control losses.
• Assist CSM with audit readiness of the branch.
• Resolve customer problems and inquiries, ensuring superior service standards.
• Coach and train staff as needed.
• Support CSM with teller line coverage and schedules.
• Process branch capture, certifications, and assist with cash shipments.
