Requirements

  • Community bank experience
  • Consumer and Business account experience
  • Strong knowledge of retail banking operations and deposit products
  • Leadership potential with the desire to grow into a Branch Manager role
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and generate referrals
  • Detail oriented with strong compliance awareness
  • Professional presence and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to retail and business clients
  • Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts
  • Assist clients with complex account issues and problem resolution
  • Support lending activities including referrals, documentation and follow up
  • Coach and support frontline staff to ensure service standards are met
  • Assist with scheduling, training and daily workflow management
  • Help oversee branch operations including cash controls, audits and compliance
  • Support business development efforts within the local community
  • Step in for the Branch Manager when needed
