About The Position

Propel Andrew Street High Schools are seeking an Assistant Boys Varsity Volleyball Coach for the 2025-2026 season. Successful candidates will have: Prior Varsity or Junior Varsity coaching experience Preferred candidates will have experience as a head coach or assistant coach, playing experience, as well as the demonstrated ability to support building a successful program starting at the varsity level Responsibility for supporting the head coach and the development of the program Experience supporting the Varsity program with the head coach and athletic director Experience supporting the implementation of off-season programs in accordance with WPIAL/PIAA regulations. High level of personal organization and planning Strong communication and relationship building skills Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development A commitment to the Promising Principles of Propel

Requirements

• Up-to-date TB Test
• Act 34 Criminal Clearance
• Act 114 FBI Clearance
• Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance
• Mandated Reporter Training
• High School Diploma or better
• Proven experience as a coach on the youth and/or interscholastic levels

Nice To Haves
