About The Position
The Assistant Boutique Proprietor at Chestnut Boutique is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the boutique in the absence of the Boutique Proprietor. This role emphasizes creating a positive atmosphere for both customers and employees, ensuring operational efficiency, and exemplifying the Benefit brand. The Assistant Boutique Proprietor will lead the team, enhance customer experiences, drive sales, and manage training and development while supporting the Boutique Proprietor in various operational tasks.
