About The Position
The Assistant Bond Project Manager will assist Project Managers in all aspects of project completion and closeout. This includes attending owner's meetings, assisting in punch list completion and follow-up, managing O&M manuals and as-built drawings, and coordinating warranty processes. The role serves as a direct point of contact between end users and contractors to ensure warranty work is completed efficiently with minimal disruption. Additionally, the Assistant Bond Project Manager will assist in updating construction standards based on feedback from construction projects.
