Requirements

Experience in a body shop is preferred, but not required.
Must be proficient in the use of estimating software.
Must possess strong attention to detail.
Customer Service skills are a must.
A positive attitude and high effort are a must.
Ability to solve problems
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing accurate vehicle inspections and creating detailed repair estimates.
Provide detailed and clear communication to customers via phone, email, text, and in person.
Acts as a liaison to seamlessly communicate between customers, coworkers, and insurance companies.
Assist with estimates, invoicing, and compliance with safety/OSHA regulations.
Provide support to the body shop manager as needed.
Provides assistance to the rental department.
