About The Position

The Assistant Beverage Manager will assist in overseeing the Beverage Department at Santa Fe Station. This role involves tracking product shortages and equipment needs, as well as assisting with the interviewing and training of new Team Members to ensure they can perform their job duties effectively. Responsibilities include managing liquor inventory, scheduling, and overseeing budget and labor costs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years Beverage Management experience
• High volume beverage background
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management
• Excellent attention to detail in products, service, and appearance of Beverage outlets
• Ability to handle a flexible schedule
• Excellent analytical skills
