An Assistant Behavior Analyst blends the role of a mid-tier supervisor role with a direct therapy provider. This position requires Board Certification as a BCaBA from the BACB or QASP-S from QABA. The Assistant Behavior Analyst provides one-to-one behavioral health interventions to children between the ages of 2-21 years old with autism or related disorders and supervises Behavior Techs, provides caregiver training to families, and assists with assessments while receiving supervision from a BCBA. This position requires in-person work with clients at least 4 days/week, with client sessions varying in length and location within Centre County. Indirect work may be completed from home as needed.
