Requirements
- Proven experience in a high-volume automotive Business Development Center (BDC).
- Previous experience managing, supervising, and training a team is required.
- Deep familiarity with CRM and DMS systems used in a modern automotive dealership.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage high call and internet lead volumes simultaneously.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a focus on world-class customer service.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented attitude.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing incoming sales and service leads through phone, email, and online inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with potential customers to support the sales team.
- Help coordinate the rental vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean, available, and properly documented.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and customers to manage rental timelines and expectations.
- Track performance metrics and support daily reporting to ensure department goals are met.
- Step in to support the BDC Manager and Rental Manager as needed, keeping operations running smoothly.
