About The Position
The Assistant Barn Manager will support daily operations at the equestrian facility, assist in staff training and development, and oversee equine care. This role includes supervising grooms, participating in hiring and training processes, and ensuring the overall health and well-being of the horses. The Assistant Barn Manager will also maintain the facility's appearance and assess employee performance.
