The position assists the Banking Center Manager in the daily management and operation of the Banking Center, assuming the Manager's responsibilities in their absence. This includes managing operational processes and controls to ensure high-quality customer information and compliance standards, delivering quality customer service, and ensuring effective staff utilization and performance evaluations. The position also involves mentoring new Retail Bankers, overseeing communication regarding operational issues, and collaborating with the manager for sales meetings. The individual will support sales and service activities, may perform duties of Loan Officer or Personal Banker, and meet Banking Center performance standards.
