About The Position
The position involves serving customers, prospective customers, and bank associates promptly and professionally, adhering to Park Promises and Serving More standards. The role requires ensuring that established branch policies and procedures are followed in accordance with Bank guidelines. The individual will execute retail banking initiatives and strategies through consultative relationship management and act as an advocate for digital product adoption for customers and internal support for branch associates. Responsibilities include deposit account origination and maintenance, mining customer relationships for consumer lending opportunities, and making product referrals to other Lines of Business. The position also involves promoting the bank within the market area, managing departmental and enterprise-wide risks, and maintaining compliance with the Bank's requirements. Additionally, the role includes leadership responsibilities such as interviewing and selecting candidates, setting goals for associates, conducting training, and preparing performance reviews. The individual must be available for community-based or networking events as needed.
