About The Position
The Assistant Band Director at Laura Ingalls Wilder Intermediate School is responsible for providing students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. The role includes enabling students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society and assisting in the development of Intermediate Band programs while coordinating with other band directors across different educational levels. The position is professional and exempt, with a pay grade based on the Teacher Pay Scale plus a Performing Arts Stipend of $3,000.
