About The Position
The Assistant Band Director - HS/Percussion is responsible for producing outstanding performing groups in marching and concert band, as well as small ensembles. This role involves instructing all percussionists at the assigned high school and assisting in teaching percussionists at feeder middle schools. The position aims to develop individual musicianship, teach the value of teamwork, and promote an appreciation for music.
