Requirements
- 1–3 years of food/retail leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication & people-first mindset
- Organized, dependable, ready to jump in wherever needed
- Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a fun, positive team
- Ensure guests feel welcomed and valued
- Support daily operations, scheduling & training
- Maintain quality, cleanliness & food safety standards
- Assist with special orders, cash handling & opening/closing
