Under the direction of the Commissary Manager, the Assistant Baker supports the daily production and packaging of bakery items including scones, cookies, bars, breads, glazes, and other specialty goods for Barriques cafés and wholesale customers. This role plays an important part in maintaining consistent product quality, ensuring efficient production flow, and supporting a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. The Assistant Baker works collaboratively within a small production team, balancing speed and precision while maintaining Barriques’ commitment to excellence and consistency across all locations.
