Responsibilities Assists Baker in creating quality baked goods. Assist in forecasting usage based on set pars using a product mix. Assist in maintaining inventory of bakery supplies. Understands and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures. Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, walls, grills, broilers, fryers, flat top range and refrigeration equipment. Reports equipment and food quality problems to supervisor in a timely manner. Informs supervisor immediately of product shortages. Uses our Standard Recipe Card for preparing all products. Uses all kitchen equipment following proper procedures and training. Communicates with supervisor relaying food usage and quality control. Follows proper HAACP guidelines when handling, preparing, storing or stocking food items. Attends all mandatory department, casino and/or training meetings. Follows all department and casino policies, procedures, and regulations as required. Ensures compliance with Tribal, State, Federal, and NIGC regulations. Ensures control/protection of company assets as applicable. Works days, nights, weekends, special events and holidays as needed. Other duties as assigned.
