About The Position

The Assistant Bread Baker will be responsible for following recipes, maintaining food quality, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards while working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in large-scale baking or pastry (preferred but not required).
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Formal baking or pastry education is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and baking of artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads.

• Work flexible hours, including afternoons and nights, with potential overnight shifts during holiday seasons.
