Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive experience or interest preferred
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a team environment
Familiarity with basic computer systems and service management software
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Assist Service Advisors in greeting and assisting customers with their vehicle service needs
Help manage service appointment scheduling and customer follow-ups
Communicate effectively with customers regarding service status and recommendations
Coordinate with technicians to relay accurate vehicle information and customer concerns
Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions
Support overall service department operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
