About The Position

The Missouri Attorney General's Office is seeking attorneys with excellent credentials for an Assistant Attorney General position in our Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (MFCU) in the Jefferson City office. This unit plays a vital role in protecting some of Missouri's most vulnerable citizens-investigating and prosecuting Medicaid provider fraud and patient/resident abuse and neglect across the state. The MFCU team conducts rigorous investigations into allegations of fraud and patient/resident abuse and neglect, aiming to deter fraudulent and abusive activities across Missouri through both criminal prosecutions and civil lawsuits. The position may involve intermittent daytime or overnight travel within Missouri.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Missouri.
