About The Position
Join the Opinions & FOIA Division in the Office of the Arkansas Attorney General (OAG) and become a subject-matter expert in a vast array of state constitutional and statutory law and in multiple areas of federal law. This position focuses on providing comprehensive legal analyses to State officials and agencies through formal legal opinions and assisting the OAG in responding to FOIA requests. As an Opinions & FOIA team member, you will conduct complex legal research and write formal legal opinions and memoranda for the Attorney General’s review; have the opportunity to enhance your research and writing skills; and become an expert on a broad range of legal topics.
