About The Position
The Office of Attorney General Keith Ellison is seeking three Assistant Attorneys General (AAG) in the Human Services Division. This role involves providing litigation services and legal counsel to the Department of Human Services (DHS), representing DHS in various cases related to health care, licensing, children and family services, and civil commitment. AAGs will handle cases in state and federal courts, engage in all aspects of civil litigation, and work collaboratively in a supportive and inclusive environment.
