About The Position
The Assistant Athletics Director for Ticketing Revenue and Analytics oversees the ticket office and manages the operations of sales activities within the athletics department. This role involves working with the Associate Athletics Director of External Engagement to develop and implement strategies to meet the department's sales revenue needs. The position acts as the administrator of the ticketing software and database (AudienceView), point of sales devices, and financial reconciliation of all sales. The Assistant Athletics Director hires and oversees part-time ticket sales staff and maintains the annual budget while consulting with all sales departments to generate revenue strategies that meet the needs of each department involved in sales.
