About The Position
The Assistant Athletic Director, Sports Medicine position reports to the Director of Athletics and oversees all sports medicine for the athletics department. This individual will ensure that student athletes on the NJCAA-sponsored athletics teams are safe by monitoring practice and games, evaluating injuries, and providing therapeutic intervention, rehabilitation, and treatment of injuries. In addition, this role will oversee strength and conditioning training to build athletes' strength and avoid further injury. This individual will have administrative duties to assist the Athletics Director with daily supervision of RCC intercollegiate athletics. This is an important role that requires extensive student and coach interaction, and the ability to confidently interact and engage with a diverse population.
