About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and financial impact of sport team activities.
• Oversee coordination of travel for intercollegiate athletics teams.
• Assist with the development and implementation of sports budgets and forecasting.
• Provide training and support to Directors of Operations for assigned sports.
• Create Travel Authorizations and Expense reports for travel activities.
• Implement FIU policies and procedures in day-to-day operations.
• Prepare financial analysis, reports, and metrics.
• Supervise and provide guidance to assigned staff.
• Analyze and implement streamlined processes for handling travel transactions.
• Serve as the University's credit card holder and approver for departmental transactions.
