The University of Rochester Medical Center is seeking early to mid-career faculty to develop an innovative immunology research program within the David H. Smith Center for Vaccine Biology and Immunology. This position is part of a highly collaborative and multidisciplinary research community that includes the Department of Microbiology and Immunology, the Divisions of Infectious Diseases and Pediatric Infectious Diseases, and the Translational Immunology and Infectious Diseases Institute. The integrated area of Immunology, Infectious Disease, and Microbiology at URMC boasts numerous strong research programs and successful collaborations, and there is a commitment to further enhance this vital research component of the URMC Strategic Plan. The Center encourages productive partnerships between basic and clinical researchers, providing excellent access to well-defined patient populations.
