About The Position
The School of Design within the Jarvis College of Computing and Digital Media at DePaul University is seeking candidates for an Assistant or Associate professor to begin in September 2025. Job responsibilities include teaching, research and creative practice, and providing service to the School of Design and the broader institution. We invite individuals eager to establish our school as a regional and national leader in design education. Led by DePaul's Vincentian mission, we are focused on developing designers, makers, researchers, storytellers, and world-builders who leverage design and technology to transform lives and create a positive impact in both local and global communities. The successful candidate will be appointed as a faculty member in the School of Design and will have teaching responsibilities at the undergraduate and graduate levels in the area of Graphic Design, named a GDUSA top design school from 2019-2024. Colleagues in the School of Design program are dedicated to mutual success and growth, and we are interested in someone who will add new dimensions to our programs.
