About The Position

The Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Assistant/Associate/Professor of Head and Neck Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery. The Department of Otolaryngology seeks a full-time Head and Neck Microvascular Reconstructive Surgeon, at the Assistant/Associate/Professor level. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing academic Otolaryngology practice and Otolaryngology residency training program. Responsibilities include patient care, research and teaching for Otolaryngology residents, other residencies, and medical students, surgical practice and teaching in both inpatient and outpatient care settings, and clinical and/or basic science research. Must take calls and obtain privileges at several hospitals in the Las Vegas area.

Requirements

  • MD/DO degree
  • Completed residency from an ACGME accredited program prior to starting employment
  • Board eligible/certified in Otolaryngology
  • Fellowship training in Head and Neck Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery required
  • Eligible for an unrestricted Nevada medical license
  • Must be able to be successfully credentialed by Southern Nevada teaching hospitals and/or clinics
