About The Position

The Plaster College of Business & Entrepreneurship at Lindenwood University invites applications for an Assistant/Associate Professor of Human Resources. Faculty and instructors are responsible for curriculum, teaching, service, scholarship, and related administrative activities that support the mission, vision, and values of the university. The Assistant/Associate Professor of Human Resources is a full-time, 9-month faculty position that will begin Spring 2026 or Fall 2026. Review of applications will begin September 2026 and will continue until filled.

Requirements

• Terminal degree in Human Resource Management, Business (with specialization in HRM), or Law.
• Experience teaching online preferred.
• Record of teaching and service excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to teach a wide range of undergraduate and graduate HRM and/or management-oriented courses.

Nice To Haves

• SHRM certification.
• JD degree.

Responsibilities

• Teach 4 courses (3 credit hours) each semester.
• Advise and mentor students.
• Develop expertise through research and scholarship.
• Participate in faculty governance and campus life.
• Engage in program/course design.
