Required Qualifications Education: Ph.D. or DBA in management, business administration, or a related field from an accredited institution. ABD considered if doctoral dissertation will be defended by December 31, 2026. Experience: Experience as instructor or teaching assistant, teaching at least one university-level course. For Associate Professor: Ph.D. or D.B.A. in management, business administration, or a related field, from an accredited institution, with substantive coursework in Human Resource Management. Evidence of potential for scholarship is important, including demonstrated empirical research skills appropriate for, and a commitment to, developing a research stream in the field of Human Resource Management. Published articles in peer-reviewed journals in Human Resource Management.
