The IACBE -accredited School of Business at Rhode Island College invites applications for one open rank, tenure-track faculty position (assistant, associate, or full) with a primary focus in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. We seek candidates with a strong interest in teaching within a liberal arts setting who are eager to teach various human resource management courses, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, human resource development, and strategic human resource management. There may also be opportunities to teach other courses, including organizational behavior, managing workplace diversity, and principled leadership.
