About The Position

The Department of Aerospace Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) in Daytona Beach, Florida invites applications for a non-tenure track faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor starting in the Spring semester, January 2026. Candidates capable of teaching undergraduate aerodynamics, dynamics and control, or space systems courses are especially encouraged to apply.

Requirements

  • Earned PhD in Aerospace Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Industry experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate courses in aerodynamics, dynamics and control, or space systems.
  • Engage in curriculum development and improvement.
  • Participate in departmental and university service activities.
  • Contribute to the research agenda of the department.
