About The Position

The University of Arkansas is pleased to announce that it is currently seeking applicants for tenure-track or tenured assistant/associate or full professor (depending on qualifications) to teach property law and related courses for the 2026-2027 academic year. Law faculty members are expected to teach two courses each semester. Lateral applicants are encouraged to apply. Requirements

  • JD degree or an international law degree
  • Have a distinguished academic record
  • Demonstrated scholarly promise

Nice To Haves

  • Hold a law license and two years of practical legal experience
  • Tenure-track teaching experience or experience as a visiting law professor or fellow
