The School of Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University invites applications for a non-tenure track Faculty of Engineering Practice position at all ranks. Purdue University seeks to attract exceptional candidates with interests and expertise in automotive, motorsports or aerospace engineering. Successful candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree or an MSc. Degree with at least 5 years of professional experiences in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline by the start date of employment and demonstrate potential to integrate their professional practice with the School of Mechanical Engineering's research, education, and/or engagement/outreach programs. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate level courses. Additionally, the candidate will offer student experiential learning activities, and support the school through industry outreach, undergraduate and graduate student research activities.
