About The Position

This job looks for a fine talented professional who has a blend of experience in technical skills, business excellence, team handling, training of teams, customer handling, and coordination between field and head office. In brief, this accounts to a managerial role for a territory under which one must manage the channels (dealers/authorized service points) and customers (farmers) from installation of the product to any post-warranty issues. Good exposure to MS Office tools is required. Under this role, one must perform various responsibilities including customer-centric roles, quality product installation, and tractor service within timelines and quality standards.
