Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a management role with direct leadership responsibilities
- Must currently have or can obtain Lifeguard, CPR/First Aid, and WSI certifications.
- Proven strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
- A positive attitude and a genuine team-first mindset.
- Availability of at least two weekdays until 9:00 PM and one weekend day (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
Responsibilities
- Assist with the hiring, training, and management of our swim instructors, trainers, and deck supervisors.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients as it relates to our aquatics program.
- Ensure the highest safety standards are maintained and company policies are consistently enforced.
- Travel occasionally to nearby locations as needed for business operations.
