Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- possess a high school diploma or GED certificate
- valid Colorado Driver's License
- Candidates must be willing to obtain any additional certifications as needed
- successfully pass a post-offer drug screening and background check
- One year of full-time experience- or multiple summers of experience- in pool facility operations, coordination, staffing development, and aquatic programming, including swimming lessons and water exercise
