About The Position

The Assistant Administrator at Park Manor of Conroe plays a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operation of healthcare facilities and social service organizations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare administration or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards in the United States.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Health Administration or related discipline.
  • Preferred already Licenced (LNHA) but will consider AIT with experience.
  • Experience working in a hospital, clinic, or social assistance organization.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare billing processes.
  • Certification such as Certified Medical Manager (CMM) or Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience or project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily administrative operations to ensure smooth facility functioning.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration among clinical, administrative, and support staff.
  • Support compliance efforts by monitoring adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Help prepare reports, budgets, and documentation required for regulatory and organizational purposes.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and supply management to optimize service delivery.
  • Assist in staff training and development initiatives to promote continuous improvement.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to administrative processes and patient services.
