Requirements

  • Strong organization and multitasking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technical proficiency with healthcare systems (Cerner experience is a plus)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Proactive problem-solving and quick decision-making
  • Clear, professional communication under pressure
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 0–3+ years relevant experience; previous administrative experience preferred
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Nice To Haves

  • Cerner experience
  • Experience in a matrix organization and complex work environment

Responsibilities

  • Triage calls and facilitate communication
  • Monitor Radiology task board
  • Support radiologists with reports, images, and IT issues
  • Provide coverage and maintain reading room readiness
  • Provide basic administrative and technical support for leaders and teams
  • Address basic administrative and technical issues when they arise
