As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Area Office leadership team, with primary responsibility supporting the Senior Vice President. In this role, you will ensure smooth and efficient operations across the leadership suite through effective calendar management, travel coordination, event planning, internal communications, and administrative support. You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, and manage multiple priorities with a high level of professionalism and a service-oriented approach.
